How do I register for a course without a username or password?
|
A username and password are required to register for courses. However, you may browse our course catalog without registering by going to www.axiomcosmetologyce.com and clicking on Course Catalog under the Online Courses tab. Note: your email address will be used as your username. Once you have registered, you will receive an email explaining how to log on and start your courses. |
What is your refund policy?
|
You have the right to cancel your registration for any reason up to three (3) days from the date of purchase. Requests for cancellation must be made by calling customer support at 888-739-8820. The request must be made prior to midnight of the third calendar day from the date of purchase.
We will not grant a refund under any of the following circumstances: certificates issued, credits reported, course completed. |
Do you accept any type of financial aid or offer any special rates for students or military personnel?

No financial aid is available for our courses. |
How many times can I take the test?
|
3 attempts are standard except for a few courses. |
How do I renew my license?
|
License renewals vary by state. Please contact your state board about the license renewal process. |
I am using a dial-up connection and my courses are running slowly or not playing at times? What can I do?
|
Unfortunately, we cannot control the speed or reliability of dial up connections. Dial performance will depend on many factors, for more information please contact your internet service provider. |
How do my credits get reported to the state?
|
If you live in Texas, Florida, or North Carolina, your credits will be reported by us. If you live in Ohio, Georgia, Iowa or Nebraska, you are responsible for reporting your credits to the state. |
How do I know where I am in the course?
|
When you are logged into the course, click on the "My Training" button in the bottom left-hand section of the courseplayer. Click on "Outline" to see where you are in the course and to skip around to different sections.

What materials come with the cosmetology courses?
|
No materials come with any of the courses. All of the material is online. |
I answered a security question incorrectly and now I am locked out of my course. How do I unlock it?

I lost my certificate. How do I get another one?
|
Go to www.axiomcosmetologyce.com and select Login under the Online Courses tab. The login box is on the right hand side. Login to your account, and click on the certificate icon next to the course title you would like to reprint. |

How can I pay for the course?
|
You can pay for the course by check card or credit card. If you are a corporate customer signing up multiple students, you can set up a corporate billing account and be invoiced for your purchases at the end of each month. Please call 888-739-8820 for more information. |

Is there a time restriction on completing the course?
|
Courses do not have a time restriction. |
How do I register multiple students at one time?
|
To register multiple students, please call 888-739-8820. |
Can I register and pay for an employee?
|
A registration will remain in the name of the person who has registered for the course. If you are interested in registering an employee or group of employees, please contact us at 888-739-8820. |
Must I complete my course in one sitting?
|
No, you do not have to complete a session in one sitting. At the end of a section, you can log out. When you log back in, all of your information will be saved. |
What are the online system requirements?
|
To ensure the most enjoyable user experience, we recommend using a computer and Internet connection with the following attributes:
- IBM PC Compatible Computer (we recommend at least 1 GB RAM, and a processor equivalent to, or newer than, an Intel "Pentium 4" 2.4 GHz processor)
- Microsoft Windows XP or Vista operating system
- Internet connection (we recommend any type of broadband connection)
- Sound Card with speakers or headphones
- Monitor connected to a video card with driver equivalent to, or newer than, SVGA (1024x768)
- Microsoft Internet Explorer version 7.0 or greater (free download)

I forgot my username and password. What do I do?

If you have forgotten your password, go to www.axiomcosmetologyce.com and select Login under the Online Courses tab. Then click on the "forgot password" link below the student login. After you enter your email address, you will receive an email with your password. If you have forgotten your username and password, please contact customer support at 888-739-8820. |

In order to take a course, you need to have a username and password. When you register for courses, you will create a username and password for yourself. If you'd like to take a course, go to www.axiomcosmetologyce.com, click on the online courses tab, select your state, then select the course you are interested in taking. Note: your email address will be used as your username. Once you have registered, you will receive an email explaining how to log on and start your courses. |
